As a coach, I show up in three main ways:

  • Coach. Using active listening and reflection to help you explore the surface area of things on your mind.

  • Advisor. With over 20 years of experience in the technology sector,  I’m happy to share what I’ve seen and learned over the course of my career.

  • Accountability Partner.  Someone to bear witness to the commitments you make to yourself and who will ensure that you follow through on them.
